RATES & TERMS
By agreeing to accept mediation services, you understand that I will furnish mediation services at the rate of $200.00 per hour for two party mediations in Orange, Polk, Osceola, Hillsborough and surrounding counties with a two hour minimum. Facilities may be provided within these counties upon request. For mediations outside of the counties listed above, we will travel to your office.
All Zoom Mediations are $175.00 per hour with a two hour minimum.
For counties outside of central Florida counties listed above, the rate per hour is $250.00 per hour with a two hour minimum, unless ZOOM.
There are no preparation fees. A cancellation fee only applies if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the mediation.
The fee shall be divided equally between or among the parties unless otherwise agreed before or at the mediation. The minimum two hour fee is due at the end of the mediation.
BIOGRAPHY
Andrew John Manie
Serving my country during Operation Iraqi Freedom as a United States Marine and serving my community as a Former Attorney, I have seen life on a battlefield and in a courtroom. I understand the implications, that litigation can not only have on a case, but also on an individual's personal life. The stress that can come from the unknown of presenting a case in front of a Judge or a Jury, can be overwhelming. Through mediation, I work with each party to think outside of the box and evaluate the risks associated with their case.
I grew up in South Florida and attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, where I obtained my certificate in trial advocacy as well as a juris doctorate degree in 2014. As a Former Attorney, I represented clients in general litigation from Dade County all the way up to Escambia County, and understand the smallest details, such as the assigned Judge, can make a difference in every case. I am certified in County and Circuit Court Mediations.
Using a collaborative approach, while evaluating risks and the impact on the the litigants' life, I am able to bring aspects of the case to the negotiation, to better achieve results.
